To confirm that your headset is turned on, press any button or slide the boom out. You should see a blue light flash or hear a tone. EN ENGLISH 4. CUSTOM FIT EAR BUD Optimal audio performance requires a proper fit. When the ear bud fits properly, it seals your ear so that you feel a slight resistance when removing the headset from your ear. Try all 3 ear buds to find the best fit. A. Gently twist the ear bud while pulling it off the speaker post. B. Press a different ear bud onto the speaker post. For instructions on using the optional ear loop, see the on-line user guide. Please refer to the separate Safety Instructions booklet for important product safety information prior to installation or use of the product. 6. TWO WAYS TO ANSWER/END CALLS 1. CHARGE YOUR HEADSET A. Connect the charger cable to the headset. B. Plug the charger into a power outlet. C. Charge your headset for at least 1 hour before you use it for the first time. It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge your headset. WARNING: Do not use your 3. LOCATE YOUR HEADSET For most phones, select Settings/Tools > Connections > Bluetooth > Search. Add a Device, then select 815Plantronics. TIP: If you can't find these options, see your phone's user guide for instructions on locating Bluetooth devices. · To answer a call, briefly press the call control button or extend the boom. To end a call, briefly press the call control button or close the boom. · ADDITIONAL CONTROLS · To adjust the listening volume during a call, press the volume button up/down. To toggle mute on/off, press the mute button. ENTER THE PASSWORD When prompted by your phone, enter 0000 as the password. When pairing is successful, the red/blue indicator turns off. Your headset is now connected to your phone and ready to use. PUT YOUR HEADSET IN PAIRING MODE Begin with the headset turned off. Turn the headset on by pressing and holding the call control button. The headset automatically enters pairing mode and flashes red/blue. TIP: If you don't see the red/blue flash, press and hold the call control button to turn your headset off, and then press and hold the call control button again until you see the red/blue flash. 5. PUT ON THE HEADSET A. Hold the headset with the boom pointing at your cheekbone and the ear bud placed comfortably in your ear canal. B. Gently twist the headset downwards while pressing it into your ear canal. TIP: For optimal voice clarity, point the boom towards the corner of your mouth. The ear bud should be fully seated to the speaker post to ensure secure attachment. Hold headsettet med mikrofonarmen pegende mod dit kindben og øreproppen placeret behageligt i ørekanalen. Drej forsigtigt headsettet nedaf mens du trykker det ind i øret. · B.
